The copyright of all the contents of this website and products purchased from it is owned by A Vision of Nature Ltd. You must not sell, reproduce, alter or publicly display any products that you have purchased from A Vision of Nature Ltd without written consent of A Vision of Nature Ltd. (with the exception of mounted prints which you may only change the mount in order to be framed). Commercial users please contact us.
A Vision of Nature Ltd. will not own the copyright of any image(s) uploaded to A Vision of Nature but upon uploading the image(s) you are granting A Vision of Nature Ltd permission to sell copies of the image(s) to third parties as prints and other photographic related products.
2. Purchases
In purchasing images from this web site you are therefore agreeing to our terms and conditions including copyright licensing. Breach of copyright may lead to prosecution.
Aspect ratio of the images may not be consistent throughout, therefore image sizes are given as an estimate using the A paper size standards. Please feel free to contact us if you would like to know the exact aspect/ pixel size etc of an image, we are only to happy to help.
Copyright of any product sold remains with A Vision of Nature Ltd. and therefore products cannot be copied or changed in any way without the written consent of A Vision of nature Ltd.
3. File Uploads
A Vision of Nature Ltd. retains the right to select images submitted via the upload facility and by any other means for display on this website. Therefore not all images submitted will be displayed, however images may still be retained in the offline collection, notification will be given to the user uploading images as to what will be the outcome of the image submission.
All contact details must be correct to the best of your knowledge, any incorrect details may lead to incorrect payment at later date so make sure you check! If you need to change your contact details or suspect someone knows your username/ passwords then please contact us.
Commission will be paid to contributors from which A Vision of Nature Ltd. sell product(s). Commission will be paid at a rate of 20% of the price for which the product(s) is sold. This rate is non-negotiable. Payment will only be made in the form of a cheque, which will arrive in the post, at the address specified in your account details. If you need to change your contact details at any point please use our change of details form on the upload page.
You must only submit images that you own the copyrights to, A Vision of Nature Ltd. will not be held liable for images displayed on this website or in our collection that were submitted without due copyright being owned. In the event of pictures being submitted without correct copyright permissions then this will constitute a breach in these terms and conditions, this entitles A Vision of Nature Ltd. to terminate the account if they see fit.
In agreeing to these terms and conditions you are signing a lawful contract with A Vision of Nature Ltd. and therefore any breach of these terms and conditions will lead to us removing any images submitted by yourself permanently and cancelling your account.
A Vision of Nature Ltd. has the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. In the event of these terms and conditions changing then all contributors will be informed via email.
